Used up all the re-bids zone in Dupoint (was hoping to get Hotel Paloma) and decided to try new zone for 4* hotel in Capitol Hill.

Based on wins, most likely to win this hotel at $89. So i started at $70 and increments of $5 until 3rd re-bid zone i increased by $2 ($87). Got accepted on the 4th re-bid zone.
