racers Posted March 3, 2005 Report Posted March 3, 2005 I am trying to find a 3-4 star hotel within the D.C. area--preferably near the White House for March 5-March 13, 2005. I am willing to offer up to $110 per night but obviously the lower the better. After reviewing the postings -- I am still unclear on how best to achieve my goal. I would really appreciate it if someone could walk me through the process. I thanks!
