shera Posted June 25, 2010 Report Posted June 25, 2010 I've been trying to get a room in Disneyland/Anaheim for 3 weeks...started at $45 and have gone up to $75 using all the rebid zones. Any suggestions? Also, have 2 adults/2 children--is it possible to request double beds and/or sofa sleeper using Priceline? Thanks!
AaronJB Posted June 26, 2010 Report Posted June 26, 2010 Welcome to Betterbidding. :)PRICELINE only guarantees 1 bed/double occupancy. If you have 2/2, then I would suggest using HOTWIRE instead. What would be your desired max budget per night? Please use the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.
inspiration100 Posted June 26, 2010 Report Posted June 26, 2010 This is going to be a tough bid because Anaheim will be packed with people both for Disneyland during the mid summer as well as the All Star game which will certainly draw tens of thousands of people. I'd book a refundable room right away and keep trying with PRICELINE / HOTWIRE. The Seattle hotel guy.... Stayed in 14 hotels downtown and counting! shera Posted June 27, 2010 Author Report Posted June 27, 2010 Thanks for the heads up! I moved my dates around and got the Red Lion Hotel for $70/night (7/14 - 7/17). Decided to go to SeaWorld and stay in San Diego the first 2 nights. Will be using PRICELINE link to book that hotel as well.
yellowdog Posted June 27, 2010 Report Posted June 27, 2010 sheraCongratulations on your success!Thank you for sharing your win with the board and using our PRICELINE link to begin your bidding :) We hope you're satisfied with the outcome and will like the Red Lion.Enjoy your stay.Yellowdog.PS.
