nixonkevin Posted June 24, 2010 Report Posted June 24, 2010 Hello,I have been using your site's PRICELINE link; have bidded all the way to $114 for a 5 star but it is not accepted. Is this something to do with timing and I try every day at $114 or should I settle for a 4** :) . Also if I add Las Vegas Strip Vicinity North for 5** (Trump) what would be a good price point to start with. I would rather do the Trump than another 4*. I would pay up to $95 for the Trump (looks like its 109 on HOTWIRE).Thanks all and wonderful site,
mathprincess Posted June 24, 2010 Report Posted June 24, 2010 For a 5* North Hotel it's $139/night on HOTWIRE the week before compared to $169/night for when you are looking. So it looks like you picked a more expensive weekend. You might try waiting awhile. Also HOTWIRE has a 5* in the South for $109/night. Good Luck!I need to stop reading the Vegas postings I'm getting a bad itch to go now. QED Please use the site's PRICELINE or HOTWIRE links when you are ready to book.
thereuare Posted June 25, 2010 Report Posted June 25, 2010 Welcome to BetterBidding! Are you interested in the 5* South Strip hotel on HOTWIRE for $109 (best guess is the Vdara) or do you want to try for the Trump in the North Strip Vicinity zone? Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
