Hotwire Hotel: 3.5* Chicago (Mag Mile-Streeterville) Embassy Suites Lakefront

Secured thru your HOTWIRE link the Embassy Suites Lakefront 7/25-7/28 for $89 for 2 adults and 2 kids. Amenities were Suite, complimentary breakfast, fitness, pool, restaurant, business center and high speed internet. Very happy. However, we are planning to stay in Chicago until the 30th or 31st, so need to find another option for the remaining 2-3 days since Emb Suites wasn't available the remaing days. Any suggestions? Won't have a car, so moving from one hotel to another will need to be by foot or public transportation. Pool would be nice, but not necessary. Thank you for any help you might offer.

Really, really nice deal for this property for late Summer. As I've noted in other threads, there's a terrific Dominicks Grocery directly across the street and Fox and Obel Market and Cafe (fox-obel.com) is a couple of blocks East on Illinois and McClurg - with the kitchenette in the room, one can bring back leftovers/groceries.
