youngjediboy Posted June 22, 2010 Report Share Posted June 22, 2010 There's a big event going on in the USC area this weekend which I'm attending and so everything in downtown is really expensive right now... so I'm opting for a little further away in the LAX airport area to save some money. I'll be driving regardless so I'll probably be gauged just as much for parking costs in either locations... I saw a 3.5* for $59 (total $74.84) on Hotwire, so I went over to Priceline to try a few bids for the LAX area and ended up getting the Radisson for $54 (total $69.05). On Hotwire, there were only 1 Downtown LA hotel listed which went for $275 for a 3.5* and 1 Mid-Wilshire-Westlake-USC hotel for $352 for a 2.5*! I'll gladly drive the 20 minutes to the airport to save that kind of cash! :) Link to comment
