sgoofi
Entered first bid of of $47 and was accepted.Am not happy about this as I was hoping for a hotel closer to the airport and based on previous bids on here, seems like I overpaid. Should have put in $50 first...oh well... Link to comment

BeritOlam
Am not happy about this as I was hoping for a hotel closer to the airport and based on previous bids on here, seems like I overpaid. Should have put in $50 first...oh well...If it's any consolation, I use to live near there...and the Courtyard Downtown is nicer than just about any place near the airport. Plus, it's not that far to Oakland Airport from downtown. Link to comment
sgoofi
I'm trying to the silver lining in the situation. But it seems to keep raining as I just found out that they charge $20/night for parking. Link to comment
Colfax
I was about to say you should use Hotwire if you want Oakland Airport area because Hotwire has separate Oakland-Alameda and Oakland Airport zones. But I see now that Hotwire has merged their two Oakland zones into one big Oakland-Alameda zone that includes the downtown and airport areas---the same as Priceline. Link to comment
