Any idea what hotel this is ? 3.5 on Trip Advisor seems pretty low. Any suggestions ? Thanks

The amenity could be a match for a bunch of different properties - the Avenue, the Westin Michigan Avenue, the Allerton, Drake or Knickerbocker.

However, my guess is that this is the Allerton or Westin Michigan Avenue. I would rather suggest trying to bid $100 on PRICELINE for a 4* in the River North/NMA area and see if any hotels accept.

I tried $100 and $105 on Priceline(through this site) and got no takers. Is there a better time of day or day to try the prices ?
