I wonder why this rated as 3*. On the Priceline regular booking it is listed as 2.5*

Although only reported to the board yesterday, this stay was nearly 2 weeks ago, and was likely purchased some time before that... i'm guessing it may have been won at a 3* but downgraded since then.
