Hotwire Hotel: Hotwire - Need Help on ID for DC Hotels

Staying in Washington DC from August 7-12. Hotwire shows the following 4 star hotels, need help with ID on each.

4 Star in White House - Capitol Hill Area

$114 per night

Boutique Hotel

Fitness Center

Business Center

High Speed Internet

Golf Nearby

Tennis Nearby

4 Star in Dupont Circle - Embassy Row Area

$109 per night

Smoke Free Rooms

Fitness Center

Restaurant

Business Center

High Speed Internet

The White House property has not yet been reported to the board and i don't have an educated guess as to what this may be... although i suspect it's a previously reported hotel not showing all the amenities it did previously (and/or adding a few since previously seen)

The Dupont property matches previous reports for the Dupont Hotel so that would be my best guess for that one.
