Maybe I should have started lower but Jazz Festival is on.

Surprised that the Hyatt is even using Priceline during the festival given that they are the Hotel #1 for the event.

Bid two days ago, starting at $70, went to $90 but no success.

Best 4 star on Hotwire was $115, one amenity resto, probably Embassy Suites.

I am very happy with the result.
