I started the bidding at $40, for 4 stars, downtown only - rejected. I added 3 1/2 stars, then 3 stars, both rejected.

I then "jumped" the bidding to $42 by adding a zone that did not have at least 3 stars (free rebid). I continued this in $1 increments until my bid was accepted for $46. The zones I used were East, North, South, Grove City, and Ohio State.
