ammolite Posted April 24, 2010 Report Posted April 24, 2010 I just did a search for August 5-8 in Amsterdam and found this hotel$89 4* Amsterdam East with the following amenities:4-star hotel in Amsterdam EastThis hotel features the following amenities: Fitness Center Restaurant(s) Business Center Laundry Facilities High-speed Internet Access Golf Nearby Tennis Nearby We are flying to Brussels on August 1st and would like to visit some other cities such as Amsterdam, Cologne, Frankfurt. There will be 4 of us including my 2 children so I suspect we will need 2 rooms in most cities. This Amsterdam hotel will accommodate 4 people and was recommended 95% of the time per Hotwire. Is Amsterdam East a bad location? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
ammolite Posted April 24, 2010 Author Report Posted April 24, 2010 My mistake, this Hotel will only accommodate 2 people per room.
thereuare Posted April 24, 2010 Report Posted April 24, 2010 So is the above property still an option and within your budget? If so, it appears when searching for 2rooms/2adults/2children (or are your children adults and you're searching 2rooms/4adults)??Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. ammolite Posted April 25, 2010 Author Report Posted April 25, 2010 I don't think we will hve a choice but to book 2 rooms. I am travelling with my husband and our 2 daughters (ages 11 & 13). So, yes, this property is still an option, but I am a bit concerned abt the location. Any help you can provide would be appreciated.
thereuare Posted April 25, 2010 Report Posted April 25, 2010 The HOTWIRE property above is a match for the Movenpick so that would be my best guess for this one. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.Let us know what you decide and how it goes or if we can be of further help.
