Priceline Hotel: 4* Toronto (Downtown South) Sheraton

I would like to get a hotel 3* or greater for the nights of July 31 and August 1.

Since there are now so many 3* zones I have tried bidding at 4* and then 3.5*

with no luck. I have begun my bidding at 60 and gone up through 85.

Any suggestions?

Do you need to stay in Downtown North? Downtown South has a lot of winners on the weekend for the Sheraton @ $77 (I'm thinking of booking this as well, but for a different weekend). Seems like a decent place, fairly central to everything:
