I suspect that this is the Harbor Court, even though it has listed as 3.5 stars. Tripadvisor rates 4.5 out of 5.0.

Does anyone think I'm on the right track?

This property has not yet been reported, but my guess would also be that this may be the Harbor Court at 3*.
