These amenities are common for a "downtown" city hotel, but a 3.5* property has not yet been reported to the board with this amenity combination. The Sheraton has been reported with this amenity set in the past, but at the 4* level, so a guess would be that this property has been downgraded to the 3.5*... but could also be a new hotel not yet reported to the board.

Ended up getting the 4* Hilton Downtown for $109. Can't remember all the amenities, but includes suites, Internet and restaurant.
