Just got a room for Sunday 6/13/2010 at the Doubletree Inn At The Colonnade for $50. This is in the university area. Has anyone stayed there?

I forgot to post that I first tried $38 and it would not let me use that as a bid. Well, it sort of did, it just said there was little chance of my getting a room at that price. So I upped it to $50. Should I up it in 5 dollar increments or should I just ignore those sort of messages.

My next trip is to a conference in Arizona,it is being held at the Biltmore. How do I research this?

Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
