I'm sorry to say that a 3.5* property with this amenitie combo has not yet been reported/ID'd to the board.

But it looks like the Mutiny Hotel is downgraded to 3.5* so that would be my best guess for this property.

And if you're ok to stay in this zone so is the TA rating very good for this property.
