I did my research and THINK it is the following. 4 Star is the Red Rock Resort/Casino. 3.5 Star is the Howard Johnson Thanks

My best guess for the 4* hotel is the River Rock Casino Resort (the Red Rock is in Las Vegas); my best guess for the 3.5* is the Executive Hotel Burnaby (the Howard Johnson's TripAdvisor rating doesn't match the one given by Hotwire, and it doesn't have any suites).

Started at 85 and upped a few dollars each free re-bid zone. Finally got it @95/night. Hotel looks great.
