Hi I am trying to put together a strategy for getting a hotel in Washington (Conv. Center/Cap Hill) 4/1.

My limits are:

2*=50

2.5*=60

3*=75

I would prefer to stay in a 3* for <$75, so should I start my bidding there or start at 2* and work up.

I started bidding at $55-rejected, then I used the 1 re-bid at $60. Great bargain, and I can't wait to tour DC
