HOTWIRE shows a 3.5* hotel in the FLL area with fitness and swimming only. The hotel is only $56. I'd love to find out where it is, but it's not listed on the BB general listing for Fla. Can anyone help me out?

I'm sorry to say that a 3.5* property with this amenitie combo has not yet been reported/ID'd to the board. And i can't crack this for you.

But if you change your HOTWIRE search to 2 adults/1 child is there an excellent 3* W/Shuttle, Restaurant, Pool, Fitness, Complimentary Breakfast, Smoke Free, Hi-Speed Internet, Laundry, Golf. This is a match for Hyatt Place Airport South. Would that work for you?

This is fantastic, because I really wanted the Hyatt Place. It's new and much, much better than the Marriott next door (and closer to the highway).

How is it that the addition of a child could change anything? Very bizarre...

Don't think the place has golf. You might want to check. There is a $62 hotel with all the amenities you describe except golf. The hotel doesn't have a golf course and I don't think it's especially near one.

Actually...just booked it with HOTWIRE. There is NO GOLF.

This property does show a Golf icon, but it wouldn't be seen unless you clicked the "See all amenities" link during the check-out process. If you go back to HOTWIRE and click the MY ACCOUNT link near the top right of their home page to view the amenities associated with this property... do you then see the Golf icon associated with this hotel?
