This listing has not yet been ID'd/reported to the board, but I'm guessing it may be the Tremont Plaza, downgraded to 3* from 3.5*.

Saw on HOTWIRE this 2 1/2 star hotel w/ Rest. and Bus Ctr for dates 8/22-8/25, booked it and got the Mt Vernon hotel. Read some good reviews and thought I'd check it out. I was almost sure it was the Mt Vernon so I drove to see it before booking it. It is a 15 minute walk to Inner Harbor, and a nice one, mainly thru business districts and safe areas. I asked to see a room and a maid took the time to show me two rooms, one w/ the loft and another w/ 2 beds. They both looked clean and were comfortable w/ the AC on. The lobby was clean and I sensed the staff was competent and all looks well. I am pleased

Oh, and it is $39 a nite for the 3 nites!
