KuRii Posted June 6, 2010 Report Posted June 6, 2010 I am in the process of booking a hotel (2 rooms) in Washington DC from 6/22 - 6/24. Normally, we book through either the hotel website or other methods, so this is our first time trying out Priceline's bidding. The location doesn't matter, but of course it be best if we are in city center. We hope to get a 3* (or higher) from anywhere between 50 - 60 a night. Thanks for any suggestions. :)

joseraul Posted June 12, 2010 Report Posted June 12, 2010 I'm curious as to why the rates are so much higher that week. :)
thereuare Posted June 12, 2010 Report Posted June 12, 2010 Washington DC is an area where there is almost always somthing going on... conventions, ralliess, protests, governmental meetings, congress in session, committee meetings; any one of these things, or a combination, can drastically effect hotel rates. If you need help with your own stay please start a NEW TOPIC.Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.
