The amenities above match previous reports for the Hyatt and the Adams Mark. For this property HOTWIRE also shows a 3.5/5.0 Tripadvisor rating which is consistent with the Hyatt so this would be my best guess for this one (the Adams Mark is currently 3.0/5.0)... although i'll add that these amenities are fairly common for a 'city' hotel.
