The Downtown East property matches previous reports for the Westin Harbour Castle so that would be my best guess for that one.

The Downtown West property has multiple properties which have been reported with this amenity combination... the Inter-Continental Toronto Yorkville, Renaissance, and Sheraton are among the likely possibilities.
