turnerjewel Posted June 3, 2010 Report Posted June 3, 2010 This is my first experience with HOTWIRE, so I'm not really sure what I'm doing! We are visiting Las Vegas July 3rd thru the 5th. This is a listing I found that interested me. July 3 - 5, 4 stars, near strip east, $85. The amenities listed are: casino, fitness center, pool, restaurant, business center, high speed internet, golf nearby, tennis nearby. Any idea which hotel this might be?We are interested in any 4 or 5 star hotels, but we do want a casino on-site, in case you have any other suggestions. Thanks!
yellowdog Posted June 3, 2010 Report Posted June 3, 2010 Welcome to BetterBidding :) I belive that you don't have listed all amenities for the hotel. If you go back to HOTWIRE and click the CONTINUE button next to this offering and then click the "See all amenities" link under the icons, do you see more amenities than what you've listed above? We are interested in any 4 or 5 star hotels, but we do want a casino on-site, in case you have any other suggestions. What is your budgett/night and preferred HOTWIRE zones? Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.Yellowdog.
turnerjewel Posted June 3, 2010 Author Report Posted June 3, 2010 I did go back and check and the only other amenity listed is "spa services." Would like to find a hotel within the $100 per night range or less. As for the area, anywhere on the strip is fine, but would like to stay in at least a 4 star with a casino on-site.I'm just trying to figure out what to look for before I actually purchase. Thank you for your help.
AaronJB Posted June 4, 2010 Report Posted June 4, 2010 My guess would be the Hilton. Please use the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.
thereuare Posted June 4, 2010 Report Posted June 4, 2010 July 3 - 5, 4 stars, near strip east, $85....anywhere on the strip is fine...The "near strip east" zone is not going to land you a hotel on the strip... are you willing to take an off-strip hotel? I'll add that at the moment i think a 4* hotel directly on the strip at $100 or under is going to be a touch win, do you have a back-up plan or see anything which meets your budget and needs for this stay? Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
turnerjewel Posted June 4, 2010 Author Report Posted June 4, 2010 I did see one other option: 4 star near strip south, $59, ameneties include casino, fitness center, restaurant, business center, high speed internet and golf nearby. I know this would not be directly on the strip, but do you have any guesses what hotel this might be?
yellowdog Posted June 4, 2010 Report Posted June 4, 2010 turnerjewelThis is most liklely the South Point and is pretty far from the center Strip action. Please use the site's HOTWIRE link to start your purchase, and let us know how it goes or if you need any additional help with your stay.Yellowdog.PS.
