Please help me identify the following HOTWIRE listing:

HOTWIRE Rating: 3 Stars

Price: $139.00

Dates of Travel: June 10, 2010 - June 15, 2010

Amenities: Resort, Smoke Free, Fitness Center, Pool. Dining, Business Center, Laundry, Golf Nearby, Tennis Nearby, Spa Services

Trip Advisor Rating: 3.5 Stars

Also. it says "We Are Still Collecting Reviews for This Property" or something like that.

A 3* property with this amenity combination has not yet been reported to the board, but the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort has previously been reported with this amenity combination, but at the 3.5* level. It was last reported to the board in February 2010 so i'm going to speculate that it has been downgraded to the 3* level since then and that is my best guess for this property. HOWEVER, i'll add that there is a doubt on this ID as HOTWIRE shows this property as being rated 3.5/5.0 by Tripadvisor user reviews, whereas this property's current rating is only 3.0/5.0, but HOTWIRE's TA info is only updated once a month or so and may have changed since last updated, which is why this property is still a possibility, even though this information doesn't match.

Since this a 5 nite stayyou could see if this same property is offered fro the first (or last) nite of your stay and then again for the balance. If so, you could purchase the solo nite in order to "look behind the curtain". If you're happy with the results purchase the remaining nites, if not, make alternate plans for the balance of your stay.
