The price is for 4 adults. We actually have 4 adults and 1 child (11 yrs old). Would it be an issue if we get just 1 condo? Any idea which one it is? Do you think that there will be a cleaning fee in addition to the daily rate?

Any time you book for more than your true occupancy it can be an issue, i imagine it's done frequently, but it's a risk that you have to decide if you're willing to accept.

If you go back to HOTWIRE (please use this link) can you confirm that there is also a Childrens Activities icon associated with this property?

I can only search for 4 adults since HOTWIRE doesn't allow more than 4 occupancies per room. The worse problem would be that we don't have bedding for the 11 yrs old right?

This condo does not show up now for my date but there was no childrens activities icon showed up this morning for this property.

If you are searching for 4, then you would likely get either 2 beds or 1 + sofabed. There is some risk (less than some major cities, but still risk) of a hotel having a max per room due to code and/or policy.
