hotwire: question about suite

Hi, I am new to betterbidding and to priceline/hotwire. I have spent a couple of hours reading the forum trying to understand the basic of both sites.

From the old post, I understand that Hotwire used to have a "S" amenity icon for suite, but they have recently remove that icon?

my question now is that if I would be able to know beforehand if the room that I am going to bid on is a suite or not. I am planning a trip and would really like to win a bid on a hotel suite.

thanks in advance

Welcome to Betterbidding. :)

In order to guarantee that you are getting an "all-suite" property, a "S" suite icon would have to be showing; sometimes there may be no suite properties in the area you are looking at and/or for those particular dates. There is no way to ensure a suite property via PRICELINE.

Thank you for using the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.

I dont believe hotwire removed the Suite icon; I still see it for Las Vegas properties - i.e. Trump Tower is an all suite hotel (but there's not guarantee if you get a junior suite or a 2-room suite). I got both booking through HotWire & Priceline.
