Priceline Hotel: Which area is Quicny market, fanueil hall, district area.

I am looking for a hotel in the boston Mass eye and ear area. Judging by the maps, I think it is in the Quincy market/ fanueil hall / district area. Can someone please tell if this is the best area to priceline/hotwire in? Thanks.
