TigerKatt Posted May 31, 2010 Report Posted May 31, 2010 I'm flying into Honolulu Airport but am not going to rent a car until 2 days later. I'm staying in a hotel on Waikiki beach. By booking through PRICELINE, it looks like the only rentals are available at the airport. Does anybody know if the airport rental companies will pick you up in Waikiki or what is the cheapest mode of transportation to get out to the airport from Waikiki beach? Thanks!
wildman Posted May 31, 2010 Report Posted May 31, 2010 I believe Enterprise will pick you up..." Our Pick-Up Policy: Need a ride from your place to our place? We'll Pick You Up. ™ Book online now, then call your rental office at Tel.: (808) 536-1555 for details about our pick-up service. (Geographic restrictions apply)
thereuare Posted June 1, 2010 Report Posted June 1, 2010 The Honolulu Airport is not that close to Waikiki.. far enough that i'd be very surprised if the airport location of Enterprise will come to Waikiki to pick you up. As well, there are Enterprise locations closer to Waikiki Beach than the airport, and i'm sure those locations would have more than a few issues if the airport location was allowed into their "territory".Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. js338 Posted June 2, 2010 Report Posted June 2, 2010 Robert Shuttle is the most common and reliable way to get you to/from the airport, $9 one way or $15 round trip. www.robertshawaii.com/airport-shuttle/index.php
