Priceline Hotel: 3* San Diego (Downtown-Harbor Island) Holiday Inn Downtown

Needed 2 rooms 6/11-6/14. I was pretty flexible but was hoping for something cheap, 3 stars or better, along the coast (Downtown, Coronado, Coastal, Del Mar).

Opened bidding with Downtown/4* at $50, added Coronado at $52, added San Diego Coastal at $54, added 3.5* at 56, added Del Mar at $58, then won at $60 stepping down to 3*

Hotel looks decent for what I need and I saved more than 50% off the price listed on the hotel Web site ($129). Hotwire had 3* rooms in the mid $60s in less desirable neighborhoods.
