This property is not reported or ID's to the board before. A guess would be Best Western Lake Buena Vista. But they only charge $8 in resort fee. So i'm not sure on this.

Resort fees are never included in the HOTWIRE or PRICELINE price.

The 2nd property has a low review rating, so it's quite puzzling...

I will not guess on something that i can't see live on the HOTWIRE page.

Why not go for the 3.5* $69 hotel. This is a match for the excellent Radisson LBV hotel. They don't have any resort fee or parking fee.
