Lowest price on Hyatt website was $159, which led me to believe I could get this for under $70. Very happy to be back at this great hotel! :) Before this I bid $50 for 3* category for Austin NW/Arboretum and was rejected, so started the downtown bid as a new bid process. Bid through the betterbidding PRICELINE link.
