Priceline Hotel: 4* Atlanta (Buckhead) Grand Hyatt

Used your PRICELINE link again, and started my bid at $41--I had to add several areas that I knew wouldn't have 4* hotels, and increased my bid eventually to $57, but I got exactly the hotel I wanted! Grand Hyatt in Buckhead.

Last time I stayed here (5/15/2010) was for mine and my husband's 2-year anniversary, and the hotel was nice though we had a few problems with it. I posted a review on TripAdvisor and was immediately contacted by the Rooms Executive, who asked to speak to me over the phone about my concerns. He refunded a portion of my bill and promised to address my concerns to the staff. He also said that if I came back to stay with them, to let him know.

Well, hopefully I'll get star treatment this time; I'm giving them another chance!
