Initial bid of $40 because this rate was accepted in the past but this was a no go, went up to $41 and $42 with free rebids by clicking on Cookstown and Mt Holly. Had another priceline account and started my bid from $43, $44, $45 with the same strategy. Still no go, Priceline counteroffered by asking to add another $13 + $45 bid. Priceline finally accepted at $46/night. Funny how Hyatt Regency ( a 3.5 star) was accepting $40 offer but I really wanted Hyatt Place because of the complimentary breakfast and a sleeper sofa in every room.
