RMC: Thanks for the research and info. Before I read your post, I tried to get one of these (either one) for me and a friend. Since he was staying one nite, and I was there for 2, I made two searches. The one nite search produced only the Renaissance at $55. I bought it. THe next search produced one 4* at $52. I booked it thinking the rate went down for 2 nites. WRONG. I got the Hyatt for the 2 nites.

Oh well, we'll be close to each other. I should have looked further than the amenities, which are the same, to tell the dif.

Stay dates were: 6/2-3 and 6/2-4. Booked 5/24; one week out.
