yellowdog Posted May 26, 2010 Report Posted May 26, 2010 tani420I'm sorry to say that a 3* property with this amenitie combo has not yet been reported/ID'd to the board. But it looks like the Tremont Plaza has been downgraded to 3* so that would be my best guess. Please use the site's HOTWIRE link to start your purchase, and let us know how it goes or if you need any additional help with your stay.Yellowdog.PS. Please follow-up this thread with whatever you end up doing, even if you chose to book direct, cancell your trip, etc.
tani420 Posted May 26, 2010 Author Report Posted May 26, 2010 I was just wondering, if something is marked as a suite, does that mean that there is a separate bedroom? With maybe a pullout couch? There may potentially be a 3rd person with us, but it's not definite.
thereuare Posted May 26, 2010 Report Posted May 26, 2010 Suites could be an entirely separate room with a closing door between the two rooms... or could be a room slightly larger than an industry standard hotel room with a 3/4 wall dividing the bed from the rest of the room. While many of these types of rooms have pullout sofabeds, this is not a requirement of the suite icon, so there are no guarantees that your room would have a pullout sofabed. If you want to guarantee accommodations for triple occupancy you would need to include that on your HOTWIRE search. The amenities of the HOTWIRE property above match previous reports for the Tremont Plaza, but that hotel has previously been reported at the 3.5* level... i'm going to speculate that it has been downgraded to the 3* level and that is my best guess as to the property you're seeing above. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.Let us know how it goes or if we can be of further help.
