Hi I am new and have used PRICELINE quite a few times in just the past few weeks.

Just won a PRICELINE bid, $45 a night:

Chicago (3.5* Evanston/Skokie/Niles) 6/11 - 6/14

Ended up with the Hilton Orrington in Evanston.

Any other recent wins you could share would be greatly appreciated, as the information (even if for past trips) can help others on the board.

This is a really excellent win for the Orrington, which only recently became a Hilton (it was a previously an Omni, then an independent boutique for a few years.) It's right in the middle of Evanston and the CTA and Metra train stations are only a couple of blocks West, so a couple of options on how to head downtown. Additionally, it's impressive to see this hotel this inexpensively; when it was independently owned, wins were generally at $60-80+. Hopefully this indicates a willingness to discount further under new management, as this property is great for those who want easy access to downtown from outside the city. Lots of restaurant options nearby, too.
