groovingkid Posted May 24, 2010 Report Posted May 24, 2010 We wanted 3 rooms for Cambria (1st choice) or San Simeon (2nd choice) for 4th of July Weekend (7/3-7/5)1) Bid 2-1/2 star in Cambria for $80 and denied.2) Add 2 star in Cambria for $85 and denied.3) Add San Simeon for $100 and accepted at Morgan Hotel in San SimeonRoom Price: $100.00 Taxes & Fees: $12.79Total Charge: $112.79/nightThe regular Priceline price for the same hotel is $149/night not including taxes and fees, so we definitely got a discount! The hotel looks like it has good reviews and it appears to be walking distance to the beach. We are looking forward to it.We used the PRICELINE link on this forum.
