Hotwire Hotel: ID Help Please-South Beach boutique hotel-$99?

Please let me know if you have a guess as to which of the boutique hotels this might be on or nr Ocean Dr. I'm looking for mid Dec for one night & checking HOTWIRE found what looks like a great deal for 99 bucks plus tax...but will it be one of the dumpy hotels there? Thx in advance! :)

I think it's probably too early to start looking for South Beach Miami for early Dec. That is off-peak travel season & I should be able to beat the current price. Thanks anyway...I'll post again about this when it's autumn. :)
