Priceline Hotel: help me to bid for the first time

Hello , i'm trying to use this site my first time , in order to get a nice hote l

i'm going to be on 22.6 antil 25.6 for 3 night and i would like to get in the zones of (by this preference) CPS (ZONE 2) TS (zone 12) and finally if not posible MW (zone 11) . i woluld like to spent 200 usd per night and prefer a 4-star category or 31/2 . can you recomend ?

Couple of questions to get started...

Are you willing to pay more for a 4* vs. a 3.5* OR is your goal the least expensive 3.5* or better for this stay? Did you want to bid for the CPS first up to your limit, then if rejected bid for the TS zone, and s-on... OR do you want the least expensive out of any of the three zones? To give an example (i'm just making up the numbers for sake of example) if a hotel is available in CPS for $200 and a hotel is available in TS for $150, if you bid for the CPS zone up to your limit you never have a chance to win the less expensive TS hotel (at $150)
