It appears now that they are going into April with a higher occupancy rate than they would like. If you comfortable with this 3* rating, the deal is there right NOW for this time period. I'll be posting pictures and a brief synposis of the accomodations of the hotels when I get back.thanks to all who post! Link to comment
LoneStar Posted February 21, 2005 Report Share Posted February 21, 2005 Yes, the Renaissance is a great property to get. Congratulations! We had a bunch of bidders get it a couple months ago. But then the Royal Garden -- a seemingly much less desirable property -- underbid them, and you couldn't get the Renaissance in that zone. Anyone know what happened to the Royal Garden? Until we know, it's bidder beware. They could have your good experience or . . . . Link to comment
