I don't see it on my own search when searching for 2adults/0children... but i do see something similar when searching for 2adults/2children.

Does the property you're referencing above also have a Hi-Speed Internet icon? If so, my best guess is the Hotel Mimosa, upgraded to the 3* level from when it was previously seen at the 2.5* level.
