A guess would be the Parkview Hotel, but really just a guess and given the limited amenities associated with this property, and the Parkview having others not listed, i don't have too much confidence in this guess, but it's the closest i could find to a match.

A regular room off the parkview hotel site is $125. Would hotwire only bring it down to $92? I was hoping maybe it would be the Gennese Grande. The Sheraton and Renaissance (Marriott) in the area wouldn't be considered boutique, would they?

In a somewhat smaller market, a $95 discounted rate off $125 would definitely not be unusual. The Sheraton and Renaissance would not appear to be likely matches for this listing.
