Mainegurl
$57/nite for Jan 1-2/05. Downtown/Charlestown. Hyatt Regency Financial District (former Swisshotel). Tough bidding on this one, but I had read that prices were high in boston most recently, and only wanted this district, as it was for my mother to see Lion King show and wanted her to be close.EXCELLENT LOCATION for that show in particular (Opera House), as the Hyatt parking garage is where many of the theater-goers parked, so they walked back to the hotel in a group of people and felt quite safe even late at night. Not a lot of things CLOSE by, though Chinatown nearby, just not real close. She loved it and said the 3rd fl lobby made her feel safer than other hotels. Link to comment
