Booked via HOTWIRE link from this site. Knew the exact hotel I was getting thanks to this site. Reviewed the hotel on Tripadvisor and it seems to get ok reviews.

Newport, RI is so ridiculously expensive during peak season. Every other hotel in this class was +$50 to $150 more. At this rate, I could have gotten so much more in another town. Anyway, hope we have a good time.

Stayed may 21 to 23rd. Valet park becaause they will charge you $25. to park each day anyways. Room are in old section of hotel with peeling wallpaper and stains on the sheets. Move to another room mattress stained. They put a plastic liner on bed because it was so gross. Rooms are dumps.
