3 Star, $65 per night, 85% recommended, 4.5/5 on TripAdvisor, amenities include fitness center, pools

The 4* matches previous reports for both the Hilton Baltimore and the Hotel Monaco, so either of these would be my best guess.

The 3* property has not yet been identified and with just these two, common, amenities i don't think we'll be able to offer much insight into this one.
