I just booked the Le Meridian for July 12th which was listed as 4.5 * and was $155/night in City Center East. It is listed on the BB HOTWIRE list as 4*, but It was 4.5* when I booked it today. It had all the same amenities you list, and said that there was not enough information to provide reviews yet.
