Started at $100, then $105. Next day $110, $112. Still no dice... So next day $115 and finally hit. Decent hotel, awful service charges but I am aware of it.

Didn't go from the preferred links b/c I had bonus cash (Entertainment Card) to use and had to go from that link. But I love the website and hope this helps someone's plans.
